Cancellation Policy
To respect the time reserved for each client and maintain availability for everyone, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, which will be applied to the card on file.
